Michelle H Carriaga - SO FAR SO GOOD!. This is my first PC ever. Right out of the box, it was really easy to set up. The PC runs smooth and quick. I love the RGBs as well as the aesthetic of it. It isn't loud at all and is great for multitasking. The only problems that I had were a defective mouse and an issue with activating Windows (I solved this issue by updating Windows 10). So far so good! If I run into any problems, I'll be sure to update my review.

SuzieTArt - GREAT PC FOR THE PRICE !!! I would give this review five stars, except that it arrived with one of the RGB case lighting glitches. This is annoying because it arrived last night and is brand new. I will contact both Amazon and CyberPower PC companies about these issues as I am still under the warranty. I hope they can fix this. This PC was expensive, however, for all the specs it is on the cheaper side, so I’d like to get a replacement part to repair this factory error. Otherwise, this PC is great for the price. It isn't loud and I do love the RGB colors. It is a regular sized PC and I love the glass screen. You can upgrade the storage as well. The instructions were very clear with setup and it was nicely packaged. Fast shipping as well and received this item on time. I’ll update my review on the outcomes with the RGB lighting.

John E. Norris - NO SIGNAL TO MONITOR COULD BE AN INCOMPATIBLE MONITOR. My daughter received this new computer yesterday. Hooked it up and, nothing. No signal to monitor. Just a fleeting ASUS logo from the video card, then a “no signal” display on the monitor. I figured that since the ASUS logo came through from the video card,, the cable connections were likely OK. So what next? Try the help CYBERPOWERPC knowledge base. There this was a common problem. I ran across one entry which claimed that not all monitors were compatible with the motherboard. I thought this could be the problem, since my daughter’s monitor was 8 years old. We swapped her old monitor for a new one and VOILA, everything began working properly.
