After all, there are seemingly hundreds available, but I can assure you that these are one of the better choices. The set comes in a relatively large strap backpack thing. Truly, it's not that big, but it seems designed to be the one thing you bring to the gym. I bring a true backpack when I workout, so the extra bag is a touch cumbersome. Nonetheless, it's not a detraction from the product. Five color choices with the lighter ones being pastels and the heavier ones being black and gray. I do wonder if there's a little sexism going on with their color choices? The material is thick and seems well-stitched and the grip on the interior has been perfect: No slippage, yet no pinching either. Resistance choices are what I truly wanted, although technically the lighter ones don't interest me as much. I've been using the medium one most and it's perfect for the adductor/abductor work that I do. The heavy and extra heavy are definitely labeled correctly, with the latter being a strain to move. Overall, I'm pleased with the product and didn't need nor receive any compensation to provide this feedback. If you've read all the way to the bottom, I feel your pain in deciding as there's way TOO MANY of these products, but do know these will probably be the ones you want! So I had bought a rubber set at a local retailer just to see if it would work and if I would like it. Well I love this form of training. So I looked on Amazon for a better set. And found these. They are very similar to the set one of my favorite YT fitness channels uses. They stay up and won't migrate down. They don't roll up your thighs as you work. And they have a wide range of sizes. I was using the heaviest rubber band. And now with these I'm beginning with light and it's really giving my legs a workout. Buy these you won't be disappointed. They come in a nice mesh bag if you want to travel with them.

I read reviews on other brands about issues with stretching, but I decided to try these anyway, and I’m so happy I did because they’re awesome. I’ve only had them a few weeks so I will update if there is any change but the bands stretch just fine and also go back into shape without a problem. Unlike the rubber bands these stay in place and don’t roll or pinch. The ONLY critique I could give is that, because they don’t stretch as far as the rubber bands, they don’t work as well for exercises where you need a large range of motion to get the full benefit. Other than that minor issue which probably won’t apply to most people, these are the BEST resistance bands.
