Ki - GOOD FOR PRICE. I use my computer daily for up to 10 hours a day sometimes, and so far it seems fantastic. I do have it on a heat sink, simply because I already owned one and one of the biggest known issues with HP laptops is that they overheat, but I don't know that it would be necessary. The screen went black on me the first time I removed it from a power source, but I took the battery out and put it back in and the issue resolved.

ay Whittemore - MOVED ON FROM DELL. Laptop has worked to this point. Need get used to Windows 11. Time will tell. Well time has passed, HP works GREAT, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Owned Dell for years, but had same issues of problems. Looking to the new horizon now.

Jerry - JUST WHAT THE AVERAGE PERSON NEEDS. This unit is slightly more ram than mine but she is my wife she gets better stuff than I do (except cars), works just like and as well as my year old one hope it lasts and the pricing for what you get is great.
