Louis - PERFECT FOR MY PURPOSES. First, I'm not a PC gamer. Since my day job is in IT, gaming on my console gets me away from the PC. So why did I buy an "entry level" gaming PC? Because the specs matched what I wanted in a basic PC framework and, given the present state of acquiring individual components, a pre-build is a much more economical situation. Right out of the box the computer performs flawlessly. It was easy to set up and boot up. I did two things right away: I upped the RAM from 16 to 32 GB and I overclocked the RAM. Installing the two, 8GB RAM modules was little tricky since the top RAM slot releases are under a couple of the cooling fans. So I had to release the fans from their mounts to install the RAM modules. Overclocking the RAM was simple as the UEFI native app is GUI based and simple to use. I added a 27” curved FreeSync monitor and used the onboard AMD graphics GUI to tune. I then upgraded to Windows 11. Later this week I will install a 2TB M.2 PCIe SSD. I expect the same ease of installation and setup since the Motherboard manual was included, and all compatible components are listed in it. I did used the UEFI GUI to overclock the CPU but I’m satisfied that the default overclock settings meets my needs. But for tweakers, there’s a bit more room to adjust clock settings if so desired. I primarily use this set up to build virtual machines and attack them or configure them for testing. I often have a number of apps open and this computer performs all the tasks I assign without hesitation. In fact most of my virtual machines perform as well as the host which speaks well for how it interacts with the hypervisor. I highly recommend this build to anyone needing that Ryzen 7 processing punch but who also don’t have the type of demands on graphics that video editing or high end gaming demand.

Brehil - GREAT VALUE. The computer overall is a great value and setup to easily upgrade. It is relatively quiet and has had no problem running games like Minecraft, GTA V (graphics settings equivalent to XBOX and only getting 50-60 fps), and some older games. I bought this for my 10 year old who wanted a gaming computer to get him started. The quality of everything overall is great and this will be an easily upgradable machine for him to play with. The only complaints I have are the description stated it has bluetooth, which the computer we received does not so that was misleading and it didn't come with the LED light fans but that wasn't in the description and is something that could be easily added later just makes the case look less cool. Overall I would buy it again, especially at the price point.

Damien Noble - PRODUCT AS DESCRIBED - EXCELLENT AND EXPEDIENT SUPPORT!. The item was exactly as described. We upgraded for free to Windows 11, and with the Ryzen 7 processor and 16 GB memory, the PC flies very nicely. There are no pictures on the product page regarding the ports on the back of the PC (seller: please update) so i am describing as follows: There is only one HDMI video connection on the back of the PC, so if you have two or three monitors, another GPU (video card) will be necessary. There are 6 USB ports (2x 1.0 and 4x 2.0) on the back, 1 ethernet (RJ45), and built-in wifi with antennae, plus 2 more USB (1.0) on the front side, and headphone jacks for accessibility - plenty of room for peripherals! The PC looks great when on and working with the internal LEDs glowing while in use. The pattern designs on the top and front of the PC are small sheets held on with magnets, which i thought was interesting, as opposed to being a physical case design. The included keyboard wasn't working well, but the seller quickly and graciously sent another to replace it, which i appreciated very much! Given the increase in pricing for computer equipment lately due to supply chain issues, this PC offers a lot of bang for your buck and should keep you happy for at least 3-5 years without need for upgrades/replacement. I am very happy with my choice to purchase this for my son for the holidays and would recommend it!
